members of udekom balkans have the right to:

• participate free of charge in the scientific and professional conferences, meetings, symposiums, summits, lectures, forums, training, study visits, presentations, round tables, seminars, workshops, student internships, summer schools, research projects, intercultural programs and other events organized by the UdEkoM Balkans;
• free of charge publish its papers, books, monographs, practicums, thematic collections of works, periodicals and other publications such as various surveys, studies, specific analyzes, strategies and databases;
• to elect and be elected to the institutions of the Association, and to be delegated on behalf of the Association to the authorities and organizations in the country and at the international level;
• to participate in the work of the institutions of the Association, expert commissions and working bodies in accordance with the Statute;
• be timely and fully informed about the work and activities of the Association;
• rise initiatives and projects within the framework of the objectives and tasks of the Association;
• all other rights arising from the Law, Statute and other acts of the Association.

The procedure of joining the UdEkoM Balkans:

1. 1. Filling in the “Application“;
   2. Membership approval by the Steering Committee of the Association – under the Article 6, paragraph 1, of the Statute of the Association, the Steering Committee shall decide on the membership of the submitted applications and applicants will be informed about it via e-mail;
   3. Payment of the membership fee – monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually.

At the annual session of the Udekom Balkan’s Assembly held in December 2024, it was decided on membership fees in 2025.
